These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Euler's Identity, LLC, doing business as Sarasota Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide website design, hosting, maintenance, and AI-powered business tools and automation, offered as one-time projects and as recurring subscription plans. Specific features depend on the plan you select. We may improve or modify our services over time.

2. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• There is no setup fee unless otherwise stated. Annual plans may be offered at a discount.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. We generally do not provide refunds for the current billing period, except where required by law.
• If a payment fails or an account becomes past due, we may pause or suspend services until payment is resolved.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for the lawfulness of content you ask us to publish.
• You will not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
• If you have an existing domain, you are responsible for following the instructions we provide to connect it. If we register a domain on your behalf, it will be registered in your name where possible and billed at cost.

4. Domains & Hosting

Your website is hosted on our infrastructure as part of your active plan. Your domain remains yours. If you cancel, your site may be taken offline; we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export or transfer your content and domain.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you provide remains yours. The website we build for you, and your business content on it, belong to you while your account is active and upon any agreed transfer. The underlying tools, templates, and systems we use to build and operate services remain our property. You may not resell or redistribute our services without our written consent.

6. Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging information. We do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

7. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Telnyx, Resend, Cloudflare, Google). Your use of features powered by them may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or AI-assistant visibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euler's Identity, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
