Sarasota web design for local businesses

We design websites for businesses in Sarasota and Manatee counties, starting from what's already yours: your photos, your logo colors, your reviews, your hours and your address. There are no templates and no stock photos. Every site is built for the phone first and set up to be found in Google and AI search.

01/ The checklist

What goes into a site we build

Before we design anything, we study your current site. The new one has to beat it on every count, and this is what that takes.

Your own business

01
  • Your real photos. No stock photos.
  • Colors taken from your logo
  • Your real reviews, shown as testimonials
  • Your hours, address and phone number, kept accurate
  • No templates and no lorem ipsum placeholder text

Made for the phone

02
  • Designed for mobile first, then for desktop
  • A call button that dials you in one tap
  • Your hours where people look for them
  • A map and directions to your door

Built to be found

03
  • Page titles and descriptions written for the searches your customers make
  • Structured data marking you up as a LocalBusiness, Restaurant, Dentist or whichever type fits, with your real name, address, phone, hours and rating
  • Fast static hosting on Cloudflare's global network
  • Optional AI chat on your site that answers questions from your business's information

Yours to keep

  • Your domain stays registered in your name
  • A simple monthly plan that includes hosting, or a one-time project
  • No long contracts and no setup fees
  • Cancel anytime

What makes a local site get calls

You can use this whether or not you ever hire us. None of it is complicated, and you can check your current site against it on your own phone.

01

A call button you can't miss

Open your site on your phone. If calling you takes more than one tap, fix that first. The number should be a real tap-to-call link near the top of the page, not a picture of a number and not buried in the footer.

02

Hours that are right

Wrong hours send people to a locked door, and some of them will say so in a review. When your holiday or seasonal hours change, update your website and your Google listing on the same day.

03

Your own photos

Show your actual dining room, your actual chair, your actual work. People want to see the place they're about to walk into, and a stock photo tells them nothing about you. A clear phone photo taken in daylight is enough.

04

Real reviews

If customers already praise you on Google, put a few of those reviews on your site, word for word. Never write your own, and never edit theirs. Real ones are more convincing anyway.

05

The same details everywhere

Your name, address, phone number and hours should read the same on your website, your Google Business Profile and anywhere else you're listed. When they disagree, customers don't know which one to believe.

06

Speed on a phone

A slow page loses people before they see your name. Shrink photos before you upload them and drop pop-ups you don't need. Then load your site on your phone over cellular data, not the office Wi-Fi, and see how it feels.

03/ How it works

How a new site gets built

  1. STEP 01

We look at what you have

Your current website and your Google listing: what they say, what's missing and what's out of date. This is the free 30-minute audit, by phone or in person.

  2. STEP 02

    We design from your business

Your real photos, logo colors and reviews go into the design. The goal is to beat your current site on every count.

  3. STEP 03

    You review it

You see the site before anyone else does. Tell us what's wrong or missing and we change it.

  4. STEP 04

    Launch on your domain

The site goes live on your own domain, which stays registered in your name.

  5. STEP 05

    We keep it running

On a monthly plan we host the site and update it when your hours, menu or prices change. Or choose a one-time project instead.

A website is often the first piece. Once it's running, it can grow into more: an AI receptionist that answers your phone and website chat, online booking, and automation for the paperwork behind the scenes. That's covered on our AI consulting & automation page.

05/ Questions

Common questions

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name, not ours. The site launches on it, and it stays yours if you ever stop working with us.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes. We study your current site and your Google listing first, then design a new one from your real photos, reviews and details that beats the old one on every count.

How long does a new website take?

Typically days, not months. You review the site before it goes live, and we make your changes before launch.

Do you do ongoing updates?

Yes. Our monthly plans include hosting, and we update the site when your hours, menu, prices or photos change. There are no long contracts and no setup fees, and you can cancel anytime. If you'd rather pay once, we also build sites as a one-time project.

Will my site show up on Google?

We build it to be found and set up the basics: page titles and descriptions, structured data with your real name, address, phone and hours, and fast hosting. Nobody can honestly guarantee where a site will rank, and we won't pretend to.

Do you only work with businesses in Sarasota?

No. We're based in Sarasota and meet in person across Sarasota and Manatee counties, including Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice and North Port. We work remotely with businesses anywhere.

How do we start?

With a free 30-minute audit, by phone or in person. We look at your current website and Google listing and tell you plainly what we'd change first.
